Star Ocean 4 spurs Xbox 360 sales in Japan

Following the success of Star Ocean 4, Microsoft's Xbox 360 sees a resurgence in Japan.
First we reported on Star Ocean: The Last Hope breaking first week sales for Xbox 360 software in Japan, and then the title topped the country's sales charts.
Now Square Enix's game has caused sales of the Xbox 360 itself to surge past the PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii.
According to Ascii Meda Works, Microsoft's console sold 21,013 units in the week ending February 22nd, ahead of the Wii's 16,900 and the PlayStation 3's 15,967 units.
Star Ocean: The Last Hope sold over 160,000 copies in its debut week.
