Command & Conquer moves to mobiles
Electronic Arts Mobile today released details of five new titles the organisation is set to release for mobile phones.

The Sims 2 Castaway; The Sims Pool; Orcs & Elves II; Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars; and NBA LIVE 08 are all set for release on the format in the near future.

"EA Mobile is committed to making exciting, approachable mobile games for players of all ages and tastes to enjoy," said Tim Harrison, European marketing director, EA Mobile.

"Whatever type of game you like – from sports to strategy, adventure to action – we have something for you to enjoy, when and wherever you want to play it."

Perhaps most exciting among the titles is Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars. The groundbreaking strategic battle game immerses gamers in combat they join the GDI to reclaim the region taken by Kane and his evil Brotherhood of NOD.

Players either embark on an adrenaline-fueled single player campaign to stop the launch of a deadly weapon, or engage in the action-packed skirmish mode to test their strategic wits against wave upon wave of enemies.

Both Sims titles have proved popular on other platforms, with Sims 2 Castaway consistently in the top 20 UK games since its release late last year.

Orcs & Elves II, from the creators of Doom, is the sequel to the original and filled with adventure -where heroes are born and legends are made.

Finally NBA 08 is filled with real teams, real players and real NBA intensity – making it easy to pick up and play as your favourite team.
