Romeo and Juliet in Baz Luhrmann's 1996 adaptation
Ojom - a leading creator and global publisher of mobile games - today announced the released of Romeo and Juliet – just in time for Valentines Day.

The title will be released for the mobile phone, and takes the form of an exciting and challenging platform - based on the world's most famous love story.

Somewhat at odds with the actual plot, however, during the game players control Romeo in a quest to save Juliet, who has been imprisoned by her disapproving father in his castle.

Romeo must sneak, sprint and fight his way through a multitude of deadly traps and enemies in order to save his beloved Juliet.

Commenting on the release Marc Busse, sales manager at Ojom, said: "With Valentines Day upon us, what better time to release a mobile game based on the enduring love story of Romeo and Juliet.

"The game is an exhilarating journey with game play that will appeal to both new and seasoned mobile gamers.

"Make sure that love conquers all and Romeo and Juliet have a happy ending this Valentines Day by downloading the game to your mobile phone."

Once players have successfully made contact with Juliet, it is up to them to find an escape route out of the castle.

This part of the game includes some of the most perilous traps and will require your finest mobile gaming fingers to escort Juliet to safety without the pair having to commit suicide.
