Bungie to make Tokyo announcement?

Wednesday, 08 Oct 2008 11:11
The Tokyo Game Show could become more important than E3
Rumours picked up by Techradar have indicated that Bungie are all set to make a big announcement about their future projects at this year's Tokyo Game Show.

Techradar believes that the Microsoft keynote speech will "segue into some interesting announcements from Bungie".

The site's reporter has also claimed that "key members of the Bungie team" have been seen in Tokyo already, adding solidity to the rumours.

Techradar is predicting that the Tokyo Game Show will become (if it hasn't already) more important than E3, with Square Enix and Namco-Bandai among those ready to put their new wares on display.

Resident Evil 5 is also expected to be on show, rubbing shoulders with titles from Sega and Konami.
