Super Stardust dev to announce new PSN game at GamesCom

Super Stardust HD
Super Stardust HD developer, Housemarque, will announce a new PlayStation Network game in Cologne.

Housemargue, the folks behind the 60 frames-per-second arcade shooter Super Stardust HD, will be making an appearance at GamesCom in Cologne to announce a new PlayStation 3 exclusive game.

Co-founder and CEO of Housemarque, Ilari Kuittinen, told Digital Foundry:

"We are currently concentrating on new game projects and I am happy to say that we will be announcing something at GamesCom in Cologne.

"All I can say right now is that it is a PS3 PSN exclusive title we have been working on quite a while now, and yes... shooting is an integral part of the game..."

Presumably the developer will be taking to stage during Sony's August 18th presentation. That's one announcement confirmed, so what else will Sony be stuffing in their excessive three-hour conference?
