The Next Metal Gear is an April Fools

Kojima takes April Fools to another level, taking us all the way back to GDC '09 for a cruel joke.

Remember Hideo Kojima's keynote at this year's Game Developer's Conference? He spoke of making the impossible possible, and how the ultimate stealth action game was still years out.

At the end of the presentation he displayed a teaser image stating 'The Next MGS...' with a small image of Raiden above. Metal Gear Raiden rumours abounded after the image leaked onto the internet.

Now Kojima is having his revenge, showing that he had planned this all along. We don't condone such pranks, that is unless it's us doing the laughing.
