Spawn Labs, the developer of the Spawn HD-720, a new "anywhere anytime" platform for video extensive applications unveiled their product at the TechCrunch50 conference.
Via a network connected computer, the Spawn HD-720 allows you to play your Playstaion or Xbox games either alone or with friends, at home or even on the road. It is supposed to feel as if you are sitting in front of your console and TV.
Your little sister hogging the TV again watching that Hannah Montana? With the Spawn HD-720 all you need to do is go to another room and do your gaming on a computer screen that is linked to your home network. Multiplayer gaming can occur when one player plays on his console and TV while others can be in the same session from their homes on a computer across the internet.
The real tasty feature is the ability to game even if your mum has dragged you on holiday to do some godforsaken activity in France. Just as long as the French or anywhere else you're in has a computer and a broadband connection, then you can game either by yourself or with your friends across the internet.
This cool little system will have a price-tag of $199 with a pending release date set at November 2009. You better hurry because Spawn Labs are taking orders from their site starting today at a first-come, first-serve basis. I would really recommend you guys checking out this thing out at www.spawnlabs.com Now, where the heck am I going to find $199 from?
