'Cagney' update finally released for Burnout

The Cagney update is, for consoles, a pretty hefty patch, weighing in at nearly 400 megs
Criterion has launched the first major Burnout Paradise update, 'Cagney', for the PlayStation 3, which can be downloaded right now for free.

If you load the game up and are online, a prompt will appear, asking you to update to game to version 1.30.

The update is, however, 385 megabytes in size, which in console terms is pretty huge.

New online game modes, a "stack of enhancements and fixes" and other little things like that are all bundled together, which should be enough to keep you occupied for a little while.

The 360 version's update was delayed by four days and will now be with all you salivating Burnout dogs on Monday.
