Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny announced for PSP

Thursday, 30 Apr 2009 10:25
Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny
Soul Calibur is coming to the PSP in the form of Broken Destiny.

Not only is Tekken 6 coming to the PSP, but Namco Bandai will be bringing their Soul Calibur series to the handheld with Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny, Gamespot reports.

Gamespot describes the game as Soul Calibur IV on a smaller screen, where characters move with the same finesse in detailed visuals that'll impress handheld gamers.

Still, Broken Destiny isn't a port, since the development team has specifically targeted beginners with players being brought up to speed with some kind of tutorial mode.

Ad-hoc local multiplayer will be included in the game, but Wi-Fi implementation has yet to be confirmed. Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny will release exclusively for the PSP this summer.
