Prince of Persia Collector's Edition Announced

Ubisoft has officially announced an exclusive Collector's Edition for the new Prince of Persia, available to UK pre-orders at Play.com.

The new instalment has already impressed with its unique art style, but now you'll be able to relive the joys of the previous Sands of Time series with classic in-game skins for the Prince and Elika. Well, that's what I presume they mean mean by "Prince classic skin," as opposed to the original 2D Prince.

UK Play.com customers who pre-order the game will receive a pack including the following:

A high quality metallic blue arabesque collectors box.

An exclusive 24 page comicbook unveiling the backstory of the Hunter, one of the game's key antagonists.

A scratch card with unique codes that will unlock in-game skins for the Prince (Prince "classic" skin) and Elika ("Farah" skin).

A bonus DVD including soundtrack, videos, online goodies and more.

Prince of Persia is scheduled for release this Decemeber 5th for the PlayStation3, Xbox 360 and PC. You can find out more about the contents of the pre-order pack by following this link.
