Wii Music given release date for Europe

This picture makes me die a little inside...
Nintendo's next guaranteed blockbuster game, Wii Music, is destined for release in Europe on November 14th.

The 'game' involves a Guitar Hero-esque rhythm style, with more than sixty intruments and fifty tracks included with the game.

In the 'Jam' mode, users can create their own music with a backing band of 'Tutes' (AI musicians). These tracks can then be saved as a video clip, given a record sleeve and then shared with friends online.

You'll also be able to rearrange original songs included with the 'game'.

Other features include using the Wii Balance Board (if you have one) as foot pedals in the 'Virtual Drum Kit' and manipulating the Wii Remote to conduct an 'orchestra'.

There's no doubt Wii Music will sell very well indeed, even if it does look unbearably twee.
