Blizzard to move on from WoW with new MMO IP

We suspect the World of Starcraft (Solar System of Starcraft?) rumours will start up again soon
At least for now, there won't be a World of Warcraft 2 on the horizon, with Blizzard chief executive ruling it out in an interview with Wired.
Mike Morhaime has said that his company's next MMO project will be "different" and not a replacement for World of Warcraft.
He said the project would be focusing on creating an MMO experience that wasn't just a rehashing of the system used in World of Warcraft, which will please and infuriate people in equal measure.
Still, it is about time the MMO genre was given a big boot to the face, Hulk Hogan-style, and who better to do it than the current kings of the genre.
