FFXIII demo confirms full game's release date

The end of the Japanese Final Fantasy XIII demo reveals the game's release date.
Included in the Blu-ray release of the CG animated film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children is the exclusive demo of Final Fantasy XIII.
Said to be
over an hour long, the demo includes quite a few surprises towards its end. The first of which being the game's Japanese release date; Winter 2009 - as can be seen by the screenshot below.
We presumed that the game would be releasing this year for the PlayStation 3 in Japan, but
after reading that the demo would not be that representative of the final game, we thought that development might have fallen back.
The game will meet the rest of the world (and the Xbox 360) at some point in 2010, but if you can speak Japanese why not import the game for your PlayStation 3 this winter?
