Quake Live trailer unveiled

Monday, 21 Jul 2008 13:07
Quake Live is promising to offer the classic Quake III Arena gameplay from within a browser
A new trailer for id Software's Quake Live is online now and is looking just as promised: effectively being Quake III through your browser.

Quake Live is, if you didn't already know, a free-to-play, web browser-based version of Quake III Arena, one of the best multiplayer games ever created.

The trailer, which you can see below, shows that the gameplay looks pretty much the same as the classic PC game, with the graphics receiving an overhaul.

The game is currently undergoing extensive beta testing. If you're lucky, you might still be able to sign up for it here.
