Duke Nukem Forever to be 360 exclusive?

Friday, 03 Oct 2008 10:12
It is mind-boggling that 3D Realms could betray the PC faithful like this ... could it actually happen?
A 'source close to Microsoft' has told Xbox Evolved (XE) that Duke Nukem Forever (DNF) is using the same engine as Gears of War.

From here, XE has deduced that, logically, this means DNF will be an exclusive for Microsoft's console, which is surely utter madness.

All the screens that have been shown are allegedly Xbox 360 ones, according to the insider.

Xbox Evolved has said it is "confident" that Microsoft and 3D Realms will announce an exclusivity deal for the 360.

That is if it doesn't get pushed back another ten years, of course...
