Japan: Uncharted 2 sells 630% more than predecessor

Uncharted 2 enjoys 630 per cent higher sales than its predecessor in the game's first day on sale in Japan.
Well it looks like Japan is starting to catch on to Naughty Dog's cinematic gaming masterpiece.
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune only sold a sorry 7,300 copies on its first day on sale in the country.
In contrast, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves tops that by 630 per cent, with 46,000 sold. The game tops this week's first day sellers and shifted 70 per cent of its shipment.
We expect this has something to do with the game's attractively painted box art (pictured) and the hilriously hyped up voice over to the trailer below (must watch for a giggle).
